Fluxusofficial.io respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle such claims.
What Is DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law that protects copyright owners. It allows them to notify a website owner if they believe their copyrighted material is being used without permission. We follow the DMCA to respond to valid copyright claims and remove infringing content from our website.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted material is being used on Fluxusofficial.io without permission, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Your Contact Information: Provide your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- Description of the Copyrighted Material: Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If the material exists online, include a link to where we can find the original content.
- Location of the Infringing Material: Provide a clear description of where the infringing material is located on our site. Include a URL or link if possible.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: Add a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. You must also declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature. If you submit the notice by email, typing your full name will be sufficient.
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed in error due to a DMCA takedown notice, you can send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your Contact Information: Include your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
- Description of the Removed Content: Provide a description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was taken down.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Statement of Consent: Declare that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where you are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature. If submitting by email, typing your name will be enough.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to block it.
